Landscape Restaurant and Grill is opening in the old Henrys space in the IXL building on October the 7th with Executive Chef Oli Mellers at the helm. Serving up a selection of steak and seafood dishes:  “The Asado Grill, is fired up daily with a blend of Tasmanian hard wood and a selection of sherry, bourbon or port cask from the Tasmanian Cooper Company. These local or seasoned timbers that we char and smoke over, give a unique flavour to the dishes”.
