Room for a pony is clearing their cellar of old stock and will be offering glasses of red, white and sparkling for $5 each with any pizza purchase on the 18th of March.

Dandy Lane has plans to open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.

Society is hosting a special St Patricks Day curated Irish whiskey tasting on the 17th of March. $40 will get you a hot jacket potato, Guinness on arrival and five Irish drams for you to sip at your leisure.

The Fern Tree Tavern has secured Steve Cumper, formerly of Red Velvet Lounge, as its new Chef.

Quartermasters Arms will be closing its doors on the 29th of March to instead focus on catering for events and weddings.

Estia Greek Street Festival returns on the 18th of March in Federal Street, North Hobart.

Chenai Bismi Kitchen in Liverpool Street has closed. Taste of Lahore will take it’s place serving up Pakistani street food.

Gold Bar will be hosting Jacob Davey from Noble Spirits on the 15th of March. The evening will feature informal tastings and discussion, as well as specials on Distillery Botanica cocktails.

The Music Bar in Salamanca has been sold and will cease trading while renovations for a new venue take place.

The tasting bar at Captain Blighs returns on the 16th of March with four stouts on tap.

Pel – Gelato + Sorbetto will cease trading soon.

Knuckle Sandwich is holding another pop up event, this time at Belles Bellerive on the 18th of March.

Hobart Brewing Co. is holding a party to celebrate its 2nd birthday on the 16th of March.

Pizza Traders has closed its restaurant until further notice but will still be supplying pizza bases to outlets including Hill Street and Farm Gate Market.
