Hobart Blues and BBQ Festival 2017

Day one of the inaugural Hobart Blues and BBQ Festival was a huge success. Crowds flocked to enjoy the tastes and sounds while competitors set up to compete in Tasmania’s first Australasian Barbecue Alliance sanctioned BBQ teams event, competing for $3,500 in cash and prizes across 5 categories. We’ve been invited to be a judge tomorrow and will give a full round up but first here’s a taste of the action so far.
