Is it a pretty burger? Most certainly not, but what it lacks in looks it makes up for with an abundance of character!

It’s all big strong flavours that still really work in unison: Juicy and crispy fried chicken thigh, crispy bacon, onion jam, blue cheese and hot sauces, more cheese and some delightful pickles to bring it all together. It’s messy and addictive and oh so delicious and that’s why it is my burger of the moment.
